Default Re: synthetic oil

BOLO MK33 I agree with you on ams oil but after talking to so may oil companies and reading so many reports on synthetic oil the difference between mobil one and ams oil royal purple and the other synthetic oils for the average car it dosen't really make a difference. The synthetic oils today are so good that the average person won't even come close to pushing the oil to it limits. Yes synthetic will make the engine last longer give a little better gas mileage and keep the engine clean and you can run the ams oil and mobil one extended performace to 15,000 miles. I mobil one in my transmission and now Toyota has come out with a new oil for the 2007 camry called WS or world service which is supposed to fully synthetic and you can run it 100,000 miles I would change it at 50,000 miles just for safety until we find out will it really hold up to 100,000 miles. Most car companies always give the american people the first new oils to test BECAUSE WE CAN TEAR UP MOST CAR BEST BY NOT SERVICING THEM. IF IT DOESEN,T FAIL WITH AMERICANS DRIVING IT IS THEN A GOOD PRODUCT.
