unichip has orders of more than 300 units so some mistakes could hapen they promesed a special coustmer service for us just give them a call and i am sure the will help you out
they have a good product i have it on three of our cars. iam using it since 2004
on a turbo charged 350z and its still runing even with the hot climate over here
