Well just got off the phone with the guys at Unichip. I must say they do take thier customer service seriously. They are taking care of everything and have been responding to my concerns promtly. Now if I could only get the fools at COMCAST to take note on how to deal with customers correctly. Hopefully I will get this puppy soon, I have a couple of days off work and I would like to get this setup done before my trip this weekend. Hope the others who had some concerns got the same treatment I recieved.
