Well just got off the phone with the guys at Unichip. I must say they do take thier customer service seriously. They are taking care of everything and have been responding to my concerns promtly. Now if I could only get the fools at COMCAST to take note on how to deal with customers correctly. I have spoken to Unichip several times as well and they have been very helpful and responsive
