Default 2000 Avalon coolant leak

I have an intermittent coolant leak. 95,000 miles on it. Had the timing belt and water pump replaced at 89,000 miles. I can see where the seepage is originating - if I remove the passenger side tire and plastic wheel well, I see a belt drive. I can see the leakage coming from a 10 mm bolt right behind the belt. Also it looks maybe like a seal is seeping - I cannot tell. Could the water pump be bad? I'm not really sure what engine part I'm looking at. Thanks for any help. Rob
