It's simple.
On the inside of the door, there is a plastic cover that pops off. behind said cover should be three bolts. Just remove the bolts and you are all good. There may be a wire to unplug, but thats about it.
WARNING: The above post is how you do this on an xB, the process should be similar if not identical, but I can't be sure since I don't own an xA.
