No, this is not Gadget. I'm someone that was waiting for positive results from unichip but, instead, I'm getting a lot of and "don't worry about the numbers... everything is perfect" rhetoric.

It doesn't look like unichip is willing to release anything other than statements that everything is perfect. I'm not asking for schematics of their black box. If they don't want to release dyno numbers fine. I'm asking for an excel spreadsheet that maps afr, timing and load - any $50 data logger can do that. They put their "Use Cases" out there and claimed perfection. Asking for proof of a manufacturer’s claim is something every potential customer should do.

That may be true, but some of us have years of experience tuning that have "experienced" anything over stoich is BAAAAD! Stoichiometric is not something that the EPA dreamed up. It is a scientific term that measures chemically balanced mixtures. Lean conditions in some of the scenarios put forth by unichip are BAAAAD.

No one is bashing anyone. There are some serious questions being raised about what their product is doing to their customer's engines. I'm asking them to stand behind their claims with something... anything.
