Good to see some positive results. Look at the difference between Unichip's tune and your custom tune - The base map was almost better than Unichip's tune. This is why custom tuning is SO IMPORTANT - The difference you are seeing between runs #2 and #3 is the difference in voltage outputs from your truck's sensors vs. the truck that Unichip tuned and developed the map for.
The one thing I noticed when I did custom tuning was a large wedge of mid-range torque like shown in your first graph, and improved throttle response.
