They are supposed to perform the TSB. The TSB specifically says: "Under certain usage conditions, some Tundra trucks may exhibit front brake vibration. Improved brake caliper assemblies have been introduced to correct this problem." This quote is right off the TSB. In addition, they have to follow the diagnosis procedure which is also documented in the TSB. The procedure should isolate the drum brakes from the rest of the system. During the diagnosis, if they've felt the vibration from the rear brakes, they are suppose to do the TSB BR003-02. If they've felt the vibration from the front brakes, they are suppose to do the TSB BR004-02. If the vibration is coming from both, then they are suppose to do both TSB's.

I'd go back and insist that they perform the TSB as this is a campaign by Toyota which they have to follow which is why it was released in the first place.

I then mentioned the TSB and they said they already new about it, but never actually said that they were going to replace the calipers. After being without my truck for the better part of the day I went to pick it up and they had only turned the warped roters, replaced the pads and topped off the fluid at no charge. Granted, the ride is better and with no vibration in the front end for now, but I think they just fixed it temporarily just to get me pass the 36K mile mark. With my complaint in mind shouldn't they had done the TSB work?
