I know I already had my chance to comment, but I figured I'd say one more thing about this.

If you don't care about color match, the Duracover Tonneau is almost exactly the same.

Duracover makes OEM tonneaus for Chevy and Nissan, and they also have the same tough abs plastic top with the snap on/snap off hinge setup. Considering it's less than half of list price (and install is easy enough), I would pitch it as an acceptable alternative.

Again, just so long as you don't care about color.

Otherwise, I hear what you're saying about fiberglass tonneau's - they don't look that great, they're heavy as can be, and they're just about the same amount of money.
