Ditto to jxhopper. My '03's rear window wouldn't go down with 65K on it. Rear wiper worked, rear defrost worked just no up/down. I could hear the motor trying to operate when I would depress the up/down button so I was fairly confident my motor and ECU were good. 20 minute job for those still on the fence. Leave the whole regulator assembly in the back hatch and just remove the parts listed in the TSB.
