Default Wifes RX300 Seafoam?

Longtime TS member, 1st time Lexus post. My wifes 02 RX300 has approx. 130,000 on it. I would like to clean the cylinders from carbon build up as well as change the plugs to some new NGK's. Truck runs good but when you start it cold it could be a little smoother. When we got it it had 112,000 on it and purchased it from a good Lexus dealer in AL that did a good service on it(skipped on a few things) but overall took it through the paces. We (my brother a Porche Audi tech) cleaned up what they missed on some more detailed items and have switched to a clean routine of Mobile 1 every 3k and premium fuel. So alot of Tundra guys love the Seafoam product introduced into the engine through the brake booster vac line. In my head this seams like a decent solution to clean out that carbon before I replace the plugs. But I will not add anything that might be questionable to this fairly technical and picky 3.0 6 cyl. Ideas Comments please. Thanks in advance for opinions.
