Default Re: 5.7L Supercharger bypass defeat

From prior experience with a actuator (bypass) valve on the TRD chargers... The bypass valve allows for reduced wear (on the supercharger and the belt) and drag on the motor during normal around town driving. Defeating the bypass can be done usually by simply removing the hose that allows the valve to see vacuum (thus it will see atmospheric pressure always). I do think this is unecessary and will cause reduced life of the internals as well as unecessary reduction in power and throttle response during around town driving due to increased load on the motor and no boost... ALSO, the supercharger will NOT always produce full boost (although it will be at full boost alsmot immediately after 2000 RPM)... removing this valve probably will not improve performance at all.... Just my $0.02
