Default Re: synthetic oil

SAM-RAI I agree with your principals on synthetic oil I also run the mobil synthetic transmission oil in my 06 camry and lexus 400 also use the same oil in my power steering and change it every 25,000 in both . BMW and other cars use the same oil and go 100,000 miles between oil changes. I don't like that much mileage on any oil if I had a BMW I would change it at 50,000 miles. I have put over 429,000 miles on a toyota cressida using this fluid in all parts of the car and I have 215,000 on my lexus using mobil one and no problems. HERE IS AN INTERESTING REPLY I HEARD MOBIL ONE HELPS THE ENGINE PASS SMOG TEST. Don't quote me on this but I never had problem passing smog test on any of my cars maybe there is someting to this who knows.
