When you had the T-Belt changed.....did the idler pulleys and H2O pump get changed too?

You could also take the Serp belt off and start it up to confirm that one of the serp belt driven accessories is making the noise....the belt comes off pretty easy....just put an arrow on it so you can put it back rotating the same direction (my 0.02!)
