Default Rear Spring Support

Ok this is going to sound crazy because I dont know the correct terms to use....

I saw a cheap basic spring support that looked like a "kong" dog toy. It was not a air bag but looked similar. I remember the description saying there was no special installation, it kinda just popped into place.

I have an 06 4wd DC with the 5100s at top perch in the front and 285/70/17 and a cap with adds a hundred pounds(ish). The truck sits with nose ever so slightly up which I like. The prob is that with that angle once i start loading the back it really gets into a dessert runner stance and really compresses the rear end. Im not loading ATVs or real heavy loads so I dont think I need airbags or anything crazy, but something to give support for an extra 50-200 lbs would be great

Ideas? Thoughts? Heard of this product?
