Was there a noticeable drop in power/accelaration?
Have you checked to see how slow your speedometer reads? (I'll guess that it reads 63-64mph when you're actually going 70mph)

According to the specs on the Toyo website, this tire size is 35.1" tall... about 3" taller than our stock tires, and about 1/2" wider.
We are actually talking about the A/T's here, not the M/T's. The A/T's are 34.8 x 11.3. As for the speedo readouts without correction, youve got it backwards. The speedo will say 60 when youre actually going 65.2
