Default Re: Anyone with 20" Wheels on TRD Edition Tundra?

With the feature set that I want, there are very, very few new 2008 Tundras left out there. The closest one that I have found is a TRD edition with the 18" TRD edition wheels. I prefer the 20" wheels and would rather have them.

I imagine that the dealer is gonna slap me with a $3,000 adder if I replace the stock 18" TRD wheels with the 20" ones. That is where I got that number. The port installed 20" wheels are almost $3,300 if you look at a sticker on a truck. I really want the stock 20" wheels.

My question was about the truck's suspension integrity and ride quality. The TRD package is an offroad package. I don't want to add the 20" wheels only to end up with a truck that looks great...but rides like crap on the highway. I will not be off roading. As mentioned, it is next to impossible to find the feature set that I'm looking for on an '08 and I don't want to spring for a 2009. Too much savings on the 2008s.
