Re: synthetic oil
It looks like we all agree that synthetic oil is the best for our cars and after doing a lot of research on synthetic oils ive found that synthetic far exceeds regular dino oil by far. This is why BMW Mercedes Corvette and all high performace cars use it now from the factory using it in the transmission motor rear ends and power steering to make the cars last a life time. I heard a story that Mobil oil took 5 BMW's and put on rollers and ran them for 5 years till they reached 1 MILLION MILES and they took down the engines and found them perfect and they were still very close to spec of a new engine I pulled the heads on my 1986 Cressida after 429,000 miles and found the honing marks still on the block walls and no wear on the engine at all.
