1: not sure about the bracket, we always use the factory fog lights
2: They should be plugged into the existing wiring, you maybe have to cut the wires solder them with the aftermarket lights.
3:Yes
4: No, you need the TOYOTA Headlamp switch and relay, thias will make it plug and play.
