You guys that are saying the F150 is a piece of crap, pull your head out of your *&^. A truck with 300hp scary getting on the highway? Come on! I had the 06 FX4 with the 5.4l, no problems at all with the truck, very stable & quiet, good acceleration (not Tundra acceleration obviously) and pulled well (really torquey motor). My only issue with the truck was the gas mileage. Despite what anyone says I couldn't get over 15mpg on the highway with my F150. I've got over 20 with the 5.7 Tundra. With their 6spd auto now the mileage may improve but I would guess only slightly.
