Our driver side door snapped on 10/1/2008. Cost $1,635 from the dealer. This morning we could not open either sliding doors as they were frozen. Couldn't even open manually. I called Toyota and they said they never have heard of "door freezing" issue. The car warmed up enough to open the doors and guess what....the passenger door cable snapped. I am VERY, VERY upset. The car is going to the dealer next week but I am not sure what can be done. Any ideas?
