Yes, but they should be aware of it. Just give them the TSB number and title. Then have them check other TSB's that relate to your vehicle, like the one for the tailgate latch as an example. The should be able to check and see if any have been complied with by checking your VIN number. Unless you have an extended Toyota warranty, most TSB's will expire when you reach 36,000 miles.

Also, make sure they check your transmission fluid level when they are finished replacing your driveshaft. It's hard to say how much fluid leaked out because there is no transmission dipstick.
