Magnacharger developed it, builds it and will market it through Toyota. It's based on a small Eaton unit. It's no big secret; just e-mail Magnacharger and ask them about it. Any supercharged vehicle wiil use more gas if you stay on the pedal, and likely use LESS if you don't. If you want to play with Lightnings, pony up the pennies. If not, like me, be happy with what you've got!
