That's a switch to override the Nav unit controls so I can use the full BT phone capabilities and the full Nav capabilities while underway. The Toyota system was driving me nuts and it was either find an override or tear it out and replace it with an aftermarket Nav unit. Most of the aftermarkets lose alot of the steering wheel controls so I opted for the override. Here's a thread with more information
