Re: Poor Treatment From Toyota Customer Care?
Once in a while my sales person will call to see how I am doing but whenever I call him with a question he never gets back to me. They don't seem to have a phone system that leaves messages at his desk.......... DUH!
Also, I was stuck in my driveway the other day because the Truck would not move. I called to see if they could walk me through changing the gears/4WD etc and no one ever called back.
However I keep getting these cards with the admonition that my truck is 'due for service now' and that I'd better bring it in...
There is a list of mileage markers on the card but no time frames.
How can I contact these people short of driving over there if they won't answer my calls? What is the purpose of these cards I am getting?
