Not only that, this group includes modifications and additions of aftermarket or add-on parts and NOT paying for installation. Maintenance is a used as a broad term, meaning for us "working on your Toyota yourself".
I don't really care how small of a mod it was, eg: say if someone were to jamb a Popsicle stick in the heater vent to get it to stay put...that would be
CBTMA approved.
