I suppose you "could", but I sure as hell wouldn't.
If you want airbags, maintain ride quality, and have lift use something like this.
After all, they've engineered it to do exactly what you are looking to do.

I didn't go with airbags cause I tend to abuse my truck's suspension a bit off road...I'd destroy a set of bags without a doubt.
