I had the same problem just get it patched. Toyota is not going to do jack chit about. I know that my patch isn't that great but it will hold up for now. The best thing I can hope for is that my truck will be fine after I graduate from college. I'll decide whether or not I'm going to keep the truck. So far 135,000 miles and counting its been pretty decent but I do not expect it the frame or truck bed to make it to 200,000 miles without looking looking like a piece of Swiss Cheese.
