How bad is the cross member frame rot? There are a couple of things you can do. How many miles on the truck?
1. Patch it if possible? Just take it to a local mechanic and get an estimate on patching it.
2. go to a couple of junk yards and see if they have any tundras with a cross member that is in decent shape. Have someone cut the rotted out cross member on your tundra and install the better cross member from junkyard.
3. order a new cross member
