They must have changed the rules because I bought mine in Duluth in November '07 and the list price in the US at the time was 42 but they put in a bunch of extras and let me have it for 37. Considering that the CDN $ was worth 1.08 US at the time I got a bargain. A very similar truck in Thunder Bay was 54,000 at the dealer and they wouldn't BUDGE! Bottom line is I saved 20,000 after taxes and even if you don't save that much, you'll still get a better deal in the US if you can find a dealer who'll sell to you.

It doesn't hurt to try, and bringing it over to Canada was pretty easy too.
