I ask about the speed because I have seen folks going 80 mph pulling their trailers like there is no tomorrow. I have heard that the tires are not rated for that speed but that does not appear to be the case in your situation.
Looks like its time to go tire shopping.

I've also got crappy tires on my 5er, and if i can afford it they'll be replaced this spring with LT tires. Almost all house trailers come with POS tires from the factory, and desperately need to be upgraded.
An ST tire (from what i've been told if i remember correctly) is only good for 65 mph top speed. An LT tire is what goes on a truck, and they come in P, C, D, AND E. You would want at least a C rated tire, and going up from there to a D or E is a good decision. They could also handle higher speeds, and in some cases depending on the tire will actually tow easier.
