Nah, it's not black. I think it's a light blue color, but not positive. It's still dark out when I see it and he drives too fast to get a good look

Slate Blue. That might be the color.
BTW, I saw him the other morning again. He wasn't driving at the speed of light that time, but he was passing everyone up. When I looked over, he was drinking out of a beer shaped bottle. Now, it was dark and I doubt he was drinking beer. But, it wouldn't surprise me.
