I've only got 2600 miles and looks like I my be getting my wife's 09 Camry Hybrid. She wants to go back to a Tacoma like we traded in on the Camry. It was a 2007 4 dr TRD. Getting in and out of the smaller Corolla is a little harder on me than the Camry so guess I'm going to give in to her because it is easier for me to drive the Camry. Love the XRS though. Because they have a $2,000 rebate on them now I'm looking at getting only $19k for my car. Sucks

That sucks about the accident. I remember you telling me about that a while back. I hope you're getting around better though.
Yeah, the Corolla while it is very nice, still is not a truck. I ended up buying up an old '89 Chevy RCLB dually 454 for hauling around my stuff on the weekend. I'd love to drive a truck again full time but I dont know if I can handle the expense of gas if it decides to rocket back up. Then its also not worth taking the hit on trading in the 'rolla. Maybe in a year after I've got this thing paid for I might look into getting a used Tundra. I'm thinking I still might get an '05 X-SP like I used to have. That truck was just what I needed.
Anyways, I've got a 70k mile warranty on the 'rolla. So I'll hopefully have warranty throughout the period that I have the car. With the prices the way they are on trucks, and used trucks, chances are I might wind up back in a truck as long as gas doesnt get stupid again. (which we all know they will some day...)
