i have an 06 avalon limited, w/ nav- i *think* all of the avalons have the "sat" button on the radio - mine does, anyway i purchased an ipod cable, a little pricey, but definitely the way to listen to your ipod- no problems,

i guess the best way to see if you have xm would be to cycle thru the station options to see....
