Hello,
I have a 2008 Rav4 with 4700 miles...4 months old that is covered with chips. Dealership says it is road damage BUT will paint my hood ( out of the kindness of their hearts) which will VOID warantee on paint...which I see as useless because my paint is chipping off but they can call it road damage...how do I prove it is bad paint????
