'08 DC (Tundra Grade) 4.7 V-8 ................. GVWR = 6700 lbs--Over 320lbs, but IMO perfectly okay with a 5er.
Truck's GCVW .................................................. ..=13,500 lbs--1515lbs under so you are a-okay if you don't load the trailer heavy. But you need to be aware of the fact the trailer will be easily 1k lbs over dry weight mostly loaded.
Truck's GAWR Rear .............................................= 4,000 lbs--Okay.
Truck's Tow Capacity (per factory window sticker...= 8100 lbs--Okay here
Truck's Payload Capacity(door pillar 1340).window sticker ..=1535 lbs--Is this what you are going off of? If you are, you're over weight by 320 lbs. But IMO you shouldn't go off this with a fifth wheel. Go off GAWR, which states what the truck can ACTUALLY handle.

Truck with full tank of gas, 2 people, 5th wheel hitch
(and factory accessories....) ............................... =6140 lbs

Trailer ....(KZ 265RS) ......................empty weight ....=5845 lbs
Trailer hitch (pin) weight ....................................= 880 lbs

I will have Hellwig Air Bags, and Hellwig Rear Stab. Bar.--IMO, this does increase the payload capacity along with D rated tires.
I will never travel with full water tanks.. I try to as well when i know i'll have water available where im going.
But I will have propane bottle full (just one full)--You should keep both full, but this isn't much weight.

Well, what do you think ..... am I going to be OK with this set up?

thanks,
Rex
Note above responses in red.

To answer your question; yes you'll be just fine. You're barely above GVWR, and below GAWR for your truck. Well below GCWR as well. I would tow this trailer with no worries if i were you.

The most important weights to stay within for safey reasons are; GAWR and GCWR when towing a fifth wheel.
