Default Oil coming out of Schrader valve in TW Coilovers

When I was under my truck today measuring how much I should raise it and I noticed two things.

1) Ball joint boot is torn again, grease has leaked out. Makes me want to go get a Total Chaos Arm and forget about this BJBS! ( Balljoint BULL$HIT )

2) I uncapped the Schrader valve on the passenger side coilover and found a small amount of oil inside!

Wondering if this could at all be normal I checked the driver side. The driver side was dry and clean. I have not noticed any difference is performance, but oil on the valve cannot be good. Have you guys checked your valves to see if any fluid has come out? I have contacted Swayaway and haven't had luck contacting Bill West after an email and PM.
