It's amazing how fast the weight adds up when you're fully loaded and ready to go. After we camped for the weekend I stopped by the scales on my way home to see what the fully loaded trailer weighed. I found that since the fresh water tank was over the trailer axle and the gray and black water tanks were in front of the trailer axle, when the water transfered to the gray and black tanks it added about 150# to the pin weight. I also had a generator, bundle of fire wood, bike and BBQ box in the bed of the truck. These are maxed out weights in the camping mode. Although I've towed several travel trailers before, this is the 1st 5th wheel and what a difference. We had a storm blow through with some pretty strong cross winds and no sway at all. It was like the trailer was part of the truck.
Front axle truck 2780 (3900 rating)
Rear axle truck 3780 (3950 rating)
Gvw truck 6560 (6600 rating)
Trailer axle 6180 (8000 rating)
Pin weight 1340 (? rating)
Trailer 7480 (8900 tow rating)
Gcw 12740 (14000 rating)

I would have thought that you would have been over your GAWR of 3950..
What is "SAP" ?
Well, I do find these sort of reports encouraging..
