Thanks! I just got that speaker and installed it (2000 Avalon). It took a lot of doing to get the plastic frame out from the deck, but after that, the soldering was easy and the only minor hitch was the screws didn't match up, so I glued the bottom frame of the speaker to the plastic frame to hold it in place.

It sounds great!
