There is no doubt you can buy cheaper, and Meguiar's is a common fix, but based on user comments, there is no comparison bewteen the two.
They do not claim to be the same type of product, one is a well known polish that has many applications..
The other is a deoxidizer that only works on oxidation.
Depending on what your headlights need would be the 1st consideration.
Are you trying to wear off layers of plastic ?
Are you trying to specifically remove oxidation?
