Default 5th Wheel Advice

I own a custom car shop and a customer wants a 5th wheel in her Tundra for her 28ft Surveyor RV trailer.

I've never installed one, and I don't sell them. But she wants it, and I'm going to help her out.

I've read some of the posts in this section and I figure airbags are a good idea, so she'll get those. But I'm not certain which size/model of hitch I should buy and install.

The specs on the plaque in the trailer say:

GVWR 9940lbs
minus UVW 7690lbs
minus fresh water weight (51 gallons) 423lbs
minus propane weight (14 gallons) 63lbs
CCC for trailer 1764lbs

She has an '07 DCSB 5.7 with towing package.

Any suggestions?
