I pulled an ALJO 250LT TT with my 05. It weight 6100 lbs. (real weight)
The truck pulled it well but I could really tell it was "back there".
Invest in a good WD hitch, sway control, and brake controller.

With my 05 I towed with the overdrive off. The power band seem to lie at about 3,000 to 3,500 RPM's. It never ran hot. Even on long grades at 3,500 RPM's it ran cool. It pulled the hills pretty good but if I lost my momentum there was just not enough horse power to regain it.

I pulled that trailer for 2 years and then bought the 07. Huge difference between the two.

You will be right at your max tow when you are loaded. You will have to decide if you are comfortable with that.

Enjoy the new trailer.
