I had the exact same problem...thought it was the dash(nav area) but finally found out it was the mirror... when you squeeze the mirror, it does creak(spelling)... I was going to have my dealership just replace the whole thing, but before I brought it in, I finally found out exactly where it was coming from....
The telescoping cover that runs from the mirror to the headliner was the culprit... I simply pushed the top piece more into the headliner, and go figure... I haven't had the creaking noice for over two weeks now...
I also found my bed squeek on big bumps/potholes... and was fixed by just re-torqueing down the bed bolts....
