Depends on how fast you want to go. Speed = money. The biggest restriction for most stock motors are the log-style exhaust manifolds. You can get some headers and net around 20 - 30 peak rwhp. After that, a supercharger would net you the biggest gains/dollar, barring nitrous oxide. The TRD S/C is designed to work with the stock air box and filter, so that should tell you something about any gains a cold air unit would make on a stock motor. Basically none. You don't really need a cat-back system, unless you just want it to sound better, and who doesn't? I would guess 5 - 10 peak rwhp.
