Adjust the height of your hitch. Level your trailer with the front jack and measure the back of the trailers height and the front of the trailers height, use the bottom of the trailer as your guide. Then measure the height of the ball and add two inches. This should bring you close to level with the front of the trailer up a bit. When you load your trailer distribute the weight evenly in the unit. Crank the WDH and it should bring it close. As for nose up, no more then 3/4" in my opinion. Happy camping.
