Default Re: Correct WDH setup?

"is 4 links showing ok? "
That changes from truck to truck and trailer to trailer. How many links you drop depends on hitch weight and how high the ball mount sits in front of the coupler. I would be surprised if dropping one more link lifts the front of the trailer very much. If the truck is already level most likely all it is going to do is make make your truck ride like a skateboard. For normal highway towing I drop 4 links but if I know I am towing over really nasty ground I drop 5. The difference between 4 and 5 links is maybe half an inch on my truck, but my truck is a Tacoma not a Tundra and I don't know if Tundra has better designed rear suspension than what Toyota stuck on the Tacomas.
