Boy or boy, what an interesting thread. Almost the exact same thing happened to my wife today. Needless to say, she's stressed to the max and now wants nothing to do with our 06 Rav. It's currently at the local dealer and we'll be waiting for the prognosis tomorrow. Sounds like we need to make sure a full inspection occurs. Our mileage? We just hit 56K.
Any suggestions on how we should approach Toyota would be greatly appreciated.
