As far as to tell whether your wheels are CC'd or not, just take a small cloth and some polish, rub the surface lightly and if it turns up black, they arent, if they dont, then they are.

If they arent clear coated, then you need to be careful what you use on them. Polish them up one good time, and soap and water until the next polish session. Otherwise, A2Z and 303 will work fine
