Default trailer hitch receiver question

the trailer hitch receiver on my 01 tundra has developed an oval where the pin crosses through the receiver and tow bar. This makes for a rather noisy and annoying jolt when accelerating from a stop. I use a 5/8" pin on the reciever. the tow bar its self is nice and round, problem is only on the reveiver.

Does anyone make an insert (bushing) to restore the original 5/8' diameter for the pin to go through. This would require drilling out the hole to a larger size perhaps 3/4" or larger to accept the bushing but I would think it would be both cheaper and easier than replacing the hitch.

(Sorry for the double post should have posted question here first)
